    • Fresh graduate with a B.Sc degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
    • English Fluent.
    • Good IT background.
    • Military Service should be completed or exempted.
    • Presentable, flexible, adaptable, great communicator, organized and self-motivated.

    We will offer you selling skills and vocational training in the first 3 months.

  • Customer Handling Coordinator

    Job Description

    • Filling new installation reports, Engineers daily visits, Pending quotations.

    • Handling external visits appointments.

    • Issuing new installation requests.

    • Answer Incoming & e-mails.

    • Tracking invoices.

    • Providing all business related report to SC upon request.

    • Order Shipment outside Cairo

    • Issuing maintenance reports.

    • Handling Customer’s complaints.

    Excellent communication skills

    Excellent behavior and attitudes with all employees

    Quick learner

    Bachelor Degree

    Good English and Arabic language ; business written and spoken .

    Excellent command in using Microsoft office (outlook- word-excel-power point).

    Analytical Thinking and problem solving skills .
