SILICON21-CRM is looking to hire enthusiastic and committed Sales Account Managers (Printing Solutions Field) to join the team at our Sales Division.
We will offer you selling skills and vocational training in the first 3 months.
You will earn attractive basic salary + staff bonuses and salary increases.
• Filling new installation reports, Engineers daily visits, Pending quotations.
• Handling external visits appointments.
• Issuing new installation requests.
• Answer Incoming & e-mails.
• Tracking invoices.
• Providing all business related report to SC upon request.
• Order Shipment outside Cairo
• Issuing maintenance reports.
• Handling Customer’s complaints.
Advanced administrative skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure, calm and patient
Excellent communication skills
Excellent behavior and attitudes with all employees
Good English and Arabic language ; business written and spoken .
Excellent command in using Microsoft office (outlook- word-excel-power point).
Analytical Thinking and problem solving skills .
